How to withdraw: the three steps

  2. Pick a payout method and enter an amount within the minimum and maximum withdrawal shown for it.
  3. Complete KYC if prompted — once approved, the payout is sent to the method you deposited with.

Payout speed: what we actually measured

Winota's own approval is usually done within the day; after that a payout moves at the speed of the rail. In our timed tests a verified Trustly or Skrill cashout cleared in about 90 minutes on average, and the slowest we logged was 2 hours 4 minutes — a request made late on a Saturday night. Bank transfers arrive the same day in the best case or take one to three business days; card withdrawals, where supported, run one to three business days; crypto is paid within 24 hours. The single biggest lever on your payout speed is finishing KYC early.

Verification and the same-method rule

Your first withdrawal triggers a one-time identity check (KYC): a photo ID, a recent proof of address and, for card deposits, proof of payment. It can take up to 24 hours, so have the documents ready — ideally uploaded on day one. Winota also applies the same-method rule: money returns to the source you funded from. Because a Paysafecard voucher cannot receive a payout, cashouts on a Paysafecard-funded account are rerouted to Trustly or a bank transfer.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits

Every cashout is subject to a minimum and maximum withdrawal shown in the cashier, plus daily, weekly and monthly caps that can vary by method and loyalty tier. The minimum withdrawal keeps fee-eating micro-payouts off the table; the maximum withdrawal splits a big win into staged payments across the following cycles. VIP players usually enjoy higher limits and priority processing. Requesting reasonable amounts, rather than splitting one payout into many small ones, keeps the request clear of extra review.

If a withdrawal is stuck

A cashout stuck as a pending withdrawal is almost always tied to unfinished verification. Complete KYC early, make sure the payout method matches your deposit method, and check that any bonus wagering is cleared. If it's still pending past the stated window, support can trace it with the transaction reference — a specific transfer is found by that number.
